It is my honor to welcome you to the Libya–Greece Forum for Development and Reconstruction, an event that will be greatly enriched by your valued participation and contributions.

This important forum will take place in Benghazi, Libya, on November 25–26, 2025, under the theme “Together for a Sustainable Future.” It marks a new chapter in Libyan–Greek cooperation, bringing together distinguished leaders, government officials, business representatives, investors, and experts from both nations to explore avenues of partnership across key sectors — including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, maritime transport, technology, tourism, and education.

This forum represents more than a meeting; it is a strategic platform for partnership, innovation, and sustainable growth, aimed at advancing reconstruction and investment efforts that contribute to the prosperity of both Libya and Greece.

The Fund for Development and Reconstruction of Libya (FDRL) is deeply committed to fostering this partnership by serving as a bridge for collaboration between the two countries — facilitating dialogue, promoting investment, and supporting joint initiatives that strengthen economic and cultural ties across the Mediterranean.
