LIBYA GREECE FORUM FOR Development and RECONSTRUCTION.

The Fund for Development and Reconstruction of Libya (FDRL), in collaboration with the Government of Greece, is hosting the Libya–Greece Forum for Development and Reconstruction, led by its Director General, Eng. Belkasem Khalifa Hifter.

This significant event will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 25–26, 2025, in Benghazi, Libya.

The forum will bring together government leaders, business executives, and investors from both nations to explore strategic opportunities for investment, development, and reconstruction across vital sectors — including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, maritime transport, tourism, and technology.
